Nomenclature

I believe that "inversion" in the context of permutations is far more commonly used to denote a pair $i<j$ such that $\pi(i) > \pi(j)$ – and indeed that is how is is used in the article on determinants – and that the subject of this article is more commonly described as a "derangement".
