For example, for the control system defined in the $(x,y)$-plane by the two fields of admissible velocities $(1,0)$, $(1,f(x,y))$, where $f(x,y)=0$ when $x\geq0$ and $f(x,y)=\exp(1/x)$ when $x<0$, all points of the set $x<0$ have the (strong) accessibility property but no point of the set $x\geq0$ has it.
