I verified my correction by consulting the article's reference 1: [http://link.springer.com/article/10.1007%2FBF02165587]. ::The 3/8 factor multiplies k_3, not k_2. The expression for k_4 in Eq. (2) has a mistake. The second argument to f should be y_0 + 1/8 k_1 + 3/8 k_3.
